Terms and conditions for Play and Train 4 classes
-This pass can be purchased by those who have enrolled in our Virtual Training. It is designed for pups 24 weeks and under.
-Pups must have vaccination on rabies, DHPP or DA2PP (distemper, hepatitis, parvo, parainfluenza), and bordetella. Please email the vaccination record to info@thedoginstitute.com before your first Play and Train session.
